I am moving out of my sharehouse to work over Summer, and am looking for a friendly, neat person to fill my room. It's a 6-person sharehouse, so you'd be living with 2 girls, and 3 boys who are all UNSW students or young professionals.
Rent is $195/week not including bills.
Our current lease ends on 22nd February, so the room is currently available for at least 3 months (though the length of stay is negotiable, so feel free to contact me even if you are looking for something more short-term).
The room is currently going to be unfurnished, but this can be negotiated if you need a bed.
The room measures 3.5mx3.5 m, and has a large built-in wardrobe along one side. There are 2 windows, one large one facing south-west and the smaller one facing north-west.
There are 2 bathrooms, plus a toilet in the laundry, as well as a huge living area and kitchen.
The house is conveniently located less than 5 minutes walk from Eastgardens shopping centre, and 10 minutes to Maroubra junction, which is perfect for catching buses to UNSW or the city. We live very close to the lovely Heffron Park, which has a cycle track and other sporting facilities.
