Want to live with a handsome Dog, friendly people & Big Garden?! in MAROUBRA, New South Wales for sale

Hi everyone.
We are looking to rent a (part furnished) or unfurnished DB bedroom, in our Semi-Detached house in Maroubra Junction. Buses are a 5 min walk away with good connections to UNSW and the city.
We're after someone who is easy going, clean and friendly - either a single person (or couple) to share with two others. You must be fully employed (or can demonstrate ability to pay rent) and willing to stay for at least six months.
Students, Travellers and Professionals all welcome.
We would like someone who is social; independent; respectful of a shared space; enjoyer of life, and a person who has done the shared lving scene long enough to know how to clean up after themselves :) .....Oh and you must also have a great love of DOGS!!!
Our current Brazillian housemates are sadly leaving us to go travelling. We have so enjoyed living with them, and have become friends as a result!!
About us:
We are a chilled-out couple in our early 30s (and still very young at heart!), both working professionals with varied hours. We take pride in our garden and enjoy spending weekends in the backyard lazing about, when the sun is shining.
You MUST be dog friendly, as our handsome dog Sisco is part of our family. We are not able to take on any other pets however, as this is a rental property.
Our lease is until mid February, so we would like someone to join us until this time. There is flexibility however if you are interested in renting Short Term until October 3rd.
