Room at Maroubra Beach in MAROUBRA, New South Wales for sale

We have a furnished bedroom in a 2-storey house. The view from the house to the beach is epic! We have a big kitchen, 3 bathrooms, living room, backyard, and there is good street parking at the backside of the house. The house is equipped with very fast internet (500 Gb, 60Mbs). The house is opposite of a bus stop that take you in no time to UNSW, Coogee or the City.
We have a cleaner coming weekly cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms and is included in the bill; electricity and water is also included in the rent.
We are equally numbered females and males (mostly international) in the house (No couples, sorry!) and are all fun people.
Most of us live here long-term and work full-time, or study, so we like to take it easy in the house, hence it's not party house. Most of us like to surf at Maroubra Beach, so if you surf or want to learn this is the place. We are looking for a female over 27 years of age and our ideal age would be in their mid thirties (Please no replies under 27).
