You will share the house with people from France, Australia, Germany, Spain, Italy & Peru, we are 3 women & 3 men, we work & study and we like a peaceful place to live during the week but also some social and friendly person to have a few beers, play billiard and head to the city to hang out and dance on the weekend. The single room dimensions are 3.1 x 2.4 meters, the room comes with one single bed, one wardrobe, and one desk with one chair.
RENT IS $ 235 weekly (2 weeks in advance) + 2 weeks bond & 2 weeks notice before leaving.
